We’ll get it right
Your designer will find the right clipart or create it. Your designer will find just the right arrangement of website components that looks great. Your designer will tie your logo into your design or even create a logo for you. Your designer is working for you.
WebBased is based in LA
Your designer is on an LA based team, dedicated to your website. And you also get your very own project manager to help you through the entire process via phone, chat, or email.
Templates are yesterday’s news. They are out there right next to the Yellow Pages for looking up businesses. If you use a template, your site won’t be unique. It will look like a template. You can just tell.
Besides, with a designed site you can add:
1. A place to deal with customer comments, reviews, and questions.
2. A customer support system
3. Custom blog or history pages to make the site your own.
4. Grab customers by email, text, chat, phone, or whatever info they’ll give to keep in touch.
5. The Holy Grail: MARKETING. Including news articles, press releases, social media links, online catalogs, product galleries, an online shop, and more!
The design cycle is designed for a smooth ride.. Based on what you’ve told us in your design brief, the designer will produce a mock-up of a page for your site. You take a look, let us know what you like, dislike, or want to change and they’ll do it in another mock-up for you.
Take a look at how many mock-ups you get per page (every page has a different setup) on our Pricing table. It varies by plan.
This is the important part. Once you approve the design, it goes into development and they make the wiggly parts move and the forms click and the links link. If you want design changes once we hit development, there is a fee attached. That’s why we are adamant that you are happy with the design before we move forward.
Yes. With WebBased, your site is all yours once your payments are completed.
Most of WebBased’s clients decide to stick with us after the site is completed and paid for so they can receive our ace developer and design support. We designed it and developed it so we’re the best ones to fix or change it.
If decide to move to another hosting company, we can always send your site and help you with the transition. We will miss you horribly, but the site is all yours.
After you’ve completed the design brief your project manager will talk with you about the site design you want and features your business will need.
Some of the timing depends on you. We will need you to get us all of the content to add to the site as quickly as possible. The faster you get content to us, the faster we get the site done.
When we have everything, we move on to designing and developing and getting your site online. It is generally 30-50 days to complete the site.
